Step One: Get Contracted

UniTrust Financial Group is now partnered with Vector-One database. UniTrust will check all agents against this database and will report any outstanding carrier debt. Click here to sign authorization.

This insurance helps to protect against claims arising from the sale and servicing of insurance products. E&O is required to contract with UniTrust and our Insurance Carriers. UniTrust Financial Group has a special group pricing arranged with 360 Coverage Pros. They will set up monthly installments for this coverage. Choose option “B” which covers life & annuities. Save a PDF Copy of your coverage certification. Click here to obtain E&O.

Complete the REQUIRED Anti Money Laundering training. UniTrust has partnered with WebCE as a preferred provider. Upon completing the course take a screenshot and save it and convert as a PDF in upcoming steps. Click here to complete required AML.

Gather and Convert all these documents as individual PDF’s:
Copy of Driver’s License​
Copy of state insurance license(s)
Voided Check- # must be over 100 or Bank Deposit Letter

The insurance carriers require each appointee to complete background questions to process your application for appointment. You will also upload all of the pdf required documents from the previous step into your background.

Once your background profile is complete, our office will review and complete your individual applications to the carriers. You will receive individual emails from Surancebay or AgentSync. Some additional questions may be required for each individual carrier. After the carrier approves your contract, you will receive a welcome email with your agent ID (writing number). Log into the carriers website directly and save the homepage to your favorites tab. Be sure to add these into your MYUniTrust dashboard under “My Profile”.
